Every garment from Ispahan by MB represents the height of Pakistani luxury couture. Each ensemble features hand-embroidered embellishments—including intricate zardozi, tilla, and resham work—crafted on premium pure silk, organza, and velvet by master artisans.

To maintain seamless transactions for our high-end creations, we accept Credit / Debit Card payments (Visa & Mastercard) and Direct Bank Transfers exclusively. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.

We offer standard sizing across XS to XL, crafted according to precise luxury silhouettes. Additionally, for our bridal and formal collections, we provide made-to-measure bespoke services where our team tailor-fits the design to your exact measurements.

We offer shipping within Pakistan on all products except linen. Ready-to-wear pieces are dispatched within 3–5 business days, while made-to-order haute couture and bridal ensembles follow an agreed delivery timeline shared during consultation.

Given the delicate hand-embroidery and fine fabrics, all Ispahan by MB garments require professional dry cleaning only. Store your ensemble in the signature garment bag provided, kept in a cool, dry closet away from direct sunlight.

Because all our garments are meticulously handcrafted and made to order, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Refunds or exchanges are only granted in the rare event of a major manufacturing defect reported within 48 hours of delivery.
