* Manufacturing defects or if the size delivered differs from the order placed.
* All requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
* Products showing signs of wear or damage not caused during delivery will not be eligible for refunds.
* Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed as per the applicable terms.
